Refund & preorder policy.

1. What the deposit does

A preorder deposit reserves your place in the planned first production run for the selected kit. It is a partial payment toward the displayed preorder price, not an additional fee. It does not guarantee a specific serial number, shipment date, carrier, or delivery date.

2. Cancellation before the remaining balance

You may cancel the preorder and request a full refund of the deposit at any time before TROSS collects the remaining balance. Use the contact information on your Stripe receipt or order confirmation and include the purchaser email and order or receipt reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.

3. Final details and remaining balance

Before fulfillment, TROSS expects to reconfirm material order details such as kit, player height, club size, handedness, apparel size where included, shipping information, final product details, expected timing, remaining balance, taxes, and shipping charges if applicable. The remaining balance will not be charged through the preorder deposit checkout without the authorization required by applicable law and the payment method’s terms.

Once the remaining balance is collected, the deposit is no longer separately refundable because it has become part of the product purchase price. Cancellation, return, and refund rights after that point will be governed by the final sale and return terms disclosed before balance collection, any written warranty, and applicable law.

4. Estimated timing and changes

The current estimated delivery is Spring 2027. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Product development, testing, manufacturing, freight, customs, weather, supplier, regulatory, and carrier events can cause changes or delays.

If a material product change, significant delay, inability to fulfill, or legally required delivery update affects your preorder before balance collection, TROSS will provide the choice or remedy required by applicable law. If TROSS cancels a preorder before fulfillment, TROSS will refund amounts paid for the unfulfilled preorder.

5. Incorrect information or failed communication

You are responsible for keeping your purchaser email and other order information accurate and for reviewing messages about fit, balance, and fulfillment. If TROSS cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, TROSS may cancel the preorder and refund the deposit to the original payment method, subject to applicable law.

6. Subscription and app charges

Included TROSS Premium access is part of the applicable kit and does not create an automatic paid renewal by itself. A paid monthly or annual subscription begins only after a separate opt-in that displays the price and renewal terms. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; access ordinarily continues through the paid period unless otherwise disclosed or required by law. App-store or payment-provider refund rules may also apply to charges they process.

7. Mandatory rights remain

This policy does not restrict any cancellation, refund, warranty, charge-dispute, or consumer-protection right that cannot legally be limited. If this policy conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory law controls.
